intervals.icu Integration

Brotein.pro connects to your intervals.icu account to read your activity history and stats. intervals.icu is the hub for your training data: your Garmin (and other devices or services such as Strava) sync into intervals.icu, and Brotein.pro reads from there. This data is used exclusively to generate personalized training plans and coaching insights — we never post back to your accounts or share your data with third parties.

You can disconnect at any time from your Brotein.pro dashboard, or by revoking Brotein.pro's access directly in your intervals.icu account settings.

Strava

You can connect Strava optionally via OAuth to import your own activities. Brotein.pro reads your athlete profile, activities, and streams to coach you — we never post back to Strava. Disconnect anytime in the dashboard Integrations panel (this removes Strava-sourced cached workouts; intervals.icu workouts stay), or revoke access in your Strava account settings.

Data & Privacy

You can delete your account directly in the Brotein.pro app: open your Profile page, scroll to the Danger zone, tap Delete account, and confirm. This permanently disables your account and signs you out. Your data is retained for up to 30 days for possible recovery, then purged per our privacy policy.
