Open the Training Plan tab in the dashboard header. If no plan exists yet, use “Create my plan” or ask in chat. The coach uses your onboarding answers, coach memory, and synced workouts to propose a structured weekly schedule.
Building the first plan
Quick prompt “Build a training plan” starts a dedicated flow: the coach checks your profile and intervals.icu history, then drafts a week-by-week structure aligned with your goal race or performance target.
Co-create in chat
Discuss changes naturally — swap a rest day, shorten a long run, add a race tune-up. When you agree on updates, type @save in your message (or use the “Save plan” quick prompt) so changes are written to the Training Plan tab.
The coach compares planned sessions to logged workouts for adherence (done, missed, moved) on the weekly calendar inside the plan view.
Refresh when life changes
Use “Refresh the plan” when your goal, fitness, or schedule shifts. The coach rebuilds from your current data instead of stacking edits on an outdated block.
What the plan shows
Weekly calendar with session type and status, full plan markdown, VO₂max / threshold hints when saved, goal and race metadata, and links to related calendar events.
